"As
a voice-over artist you have the potential to make over $300 an
hour!"
"Got
A Great Voice?
You Could Be Sitting On A Gold Mine..."
If you’d like to start cashing
in on the fastest,
risk-free way to have your own
high-profit voice-over business,
my
powerful voice-over coaching program
is an absolute must...
Find out now if you’ve
got what it takes...
Dear Friend,
Do people always say you should do something
with that great voice of yours? Do you listen to the voices on TV
and radio and think: “That sounds like fun. I’d like
to do that!” Would you like to voice cartoons, documentaries
or books on tape? Have you been thinking about getting into voice-overs
but didn’t know where to start?
You probably have lots of questions about how
to break into the exciting, creative and profitable world of voice-overs.
For example:
- How hard is it to get jobs?
- Do I have the right kind of voice?
- Does it matter where I live?
- How hard is it to break in? Doesn’t
all the work go to a close knit group of people?
- Do I need to join a talent union?
- Do I need a home studio and if so, how much
will it cost to set one up?
- Can I do this part time?
- Can I really make money doing this?
- Am I too old (or too young) to start?
- And most importantly… do I have the
right kind of voice?
These are all great questions that you should
ask before you invest a single penny or another minute of your valuable
time.
And with your permission, and with absolutely
no risk to you, I’d like to help you get some honest, straightforward
answers to these burning questions.

Susan Berkley |
My name is Susan Berkley. I’m president
of The Great Voice Company, Inc. I’ve worked full time as
a voiceover artist for the past 15 years. You’ve heard me
as one of the voices that says “Thank you for using AT&T”
and on TV and radio commercials, promos and phone lines.
In fact, don't take my word for it, feel free to click the following links to review my

At my studio in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, we record
voiceovers for clients from all over world. I’m the author
of “Speak To Influence™: How to Unlock The Hidden Power
of Your Voice,” and I’ve been featured in The New York
Times and on CNBC and “To Tell the Truth.” More recently,
I was the behind the scenes expert speaking coach on Donald Trump’s
Apprentice where I helped coach winner Randal to victory.
But enough about me. This is about how you can
use those great pipes of yours to make a small fortune. I know because
I’ve done it myself. And I’ve taught scores of people
like you to do it too. Here’s what some of them have to say:
"I WOULD HAVE LAUGHED AND SAID
'YEAH, RIGHT...'"
I
just recorded radio spots for TGI Fridays, GlaxoSmithKline,
The Marines and Reebok for a studio out in CALIFORNIA!! This
tops off a day where I had an audition in NYC for a principal
role and where I signed a contract with an agent who will
represent me for voice-over. I also found out last week that
I will be appearing on a National History Channel documentary
as a guard for Nicholas II in a documentary about the Russian
Empire. I’ll let you all know when it comes out. I hope
I inspire all of you to go out and work hard and don’t
ever say “I can’t.” If you told me last
year, or even 3 months ago that I would have appeared in TWO
feature films, while working with Hugh Grant, Drew Barrymore,
Patrick Dempsey, Susan Sarandon, just to name a few, plus
done THREE national spots, I would have laughed and said 'yeah,
right.'"

"GOT
A JOB 2 WEEKS AFTER BEGINNING THE MARKETING PLAN!"
"Thank you for all your great
advice and support. I started my marketing plan (monthly contact)
on January 1, 2005. I got a job 2 weeks later."
-Leslie Vazquez,

"WHAT
SETS YOU APART FROM THE OTHERS IS THAT YOU REALLY CARE."
"Susan, I wanted to say thank
you for your direction the last few weeks. Your class was
very informative and has given me a kick in the back side
to get out and go! I found you on the Internet and read your
info. What sets you apart from all those others is I see that
you really care for the people you work with. Your dedication
to the business is phenomenal!"

If you’re serious about voiceover, you probably know what
an awesome career this is. And
you’ve probably also heard
about the tremendous amount of money to be made in this business.
For example, a non-broadcast recording
session for a corporate client can pay anywhere from $150-$500 an
hour or more. And a national TV or radio commercial can net you
thousands of dollars in session fees and residuals.
And that’s just for starters.
With today’s surprisingly low-cost and
easy-to-use digital recording equipment, anyone with a PC and some
basic computer skills can audition and record from home.
But you’ve probably also heard that you
need a professionally produced demo and some coaching in order to
have a successful voice-over career. You need to know how to find
work, market yourself and how to hook up with legitimate talent
agents who can send you opportunities.
And that’s where I come in.
I’m willing to share with you every
last million dollar marketing secret and performance technique that
has helped me skyrocket my voiceover career to a solid six-figure
income year after year.
Why do I do this? The answer is simple. I strongly
believe that those who have mastered a skill have an obligation
to teach those who sincerely want to learn. I take my responsibility
to you very seriously. I know you place your faith and trust in
me and I promise to do everything in my power to help you become
successful in a very competitive field.
THE
FREQUENCY OF AUDITIONS THAT I'M WINNING HAS IMPROVED IMMENSELY
"Susan-I know that the best part
of teaching is that knowing what you're doing is working.
I wanted you to know I booked two industrials and one national
spot this week alone. The frequency of auditions I'm winning
have improved immensely in the last few weeks. Thanks!"

"Evil Behind You." Move over Don LaFontaine!"

But that’s not all.
Before you invest in training or a demo
you probably want to know if you have the potential to even make
it in this business, right?
I can help.
Experience has shown that its almost impossible
to break into the lucrative (but highly competitive) field of voiceovers
without a competent coach. But because my busy schedule keeps me
close to my studio in New Jersey, I just didnt know how I
could personally help everyone who asks, not to mention people who
live out of town.
Then I heard about a new way of learning that
coaches are using in many fields such as sales, motivation and personal
growth. Its called a teleclass.
Heres how it works.
Once each week, at the appointed time, you’ll
dial a special phone number. Through the magic of teleconference
technology, you’ll join me (or one of my special guest instructors)
live and in person, along with your classmates.
There’s no need to travel. Participate
from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. All you
need is a phone. Call in from anywhere in the world. I’ve
even had students call from China!
There are 6 weekly one-hour sessions. For personalized
attention, enrollment is strictly limited.

And don’t worry if you have to miss a class.
Each session is recorded and archived. You’ll have up to two
weeks to dial in and listen to the playback.
Some of your classes will be taught by me and some will be taught by special guest instructors including casting director Mary Lynn Wissner, producer/voice actor Jay Ginsberg and voice actress/former radio personality Moneen Daley Harte.
About Mary Lynn Wissner
Mary Lynn Wissner is the owner and casting director
of Voices Voicecasting in LA. Over the past 16 years she has cast
thousands of TV, radio, animation, CD ROM, audio books and industrial
voice-overs. Mary Lynn is also an excellent teacher. She has helped
many students find success in the competitive field of voice-overs.
About Jay Ginsberg
As a voice talent, DJ and producer, Jay Ginsberg
has had lots of high profile jobs at great radio stations and networks,
mostly in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He has also done a good
share of freelancing. In 1978 he met his mentor Daws Butler. Daws
was the voice of Yogi Bear, Huck Hound, Quickdraw McGraw, etc, etc.
In 1990, he started his own voice and production company in Northern
California and continues to serve as creative director for a group of radio stations.
About Moneen Daley Harte
Moneen has been behind major market microphones for 23 years, including a job as host of an afternoon drive oldies show in Boston.
She has been doing voice work full time since 1999 from her own on site recording studio while raising her 2 young children (who at ages 5 and 3 already have excellent mic techniques)!
Career highlights include co-hosting "Morning Magic" with the Emmy award winning Tom Bergeron (host of Dancing with the Stars), receiving a standing ovation after narrating "Twas the Night Before Christmas" with the Boston Pops and many up close and very personal celebrity moments with Rosie O'Donnell, Joy Behar, Tony Randall, Meatloaf and Toby Keith (not all at once of course)!
Moneen has done narration work for National Geographic, The Monitor Group and Harvard Business School of Publishing. Her broadcast and telephony clients include: McDonalds, Comcast and Jaguar Credit.
Moneen has also taught radio performance for 10 years at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and has been a requested guest lecturer at Emerson College and Suffolk University.
About The Course
Before your classes begin, we’ll send you
a course book complete with scripts, resource materials and outlines
for each of the 6 sessions.
Each week we will introduce an important performance
concept relevant to your voiceover success and then you and your
classmates will read copy for coaching and critique. There will
also be plenty of time for your instructor to answer your questions
and concerns and for you to benefit from the group learning experience.
"I
Got Great Feedback From The Producers!"
“I really enjoyed our first
class! The next day I had an audition where I applied what
I learned. I was able to get into character with no problem!
I got great feedback from the producers and my agent called
later to say that they loved me!”
-Maya Cameron,
Detroit MI |
Here’s what you'll learn in
this program:
Week One: THE NON-ANNOUNCER READ
with Susan Berkley: Today’s producers, agents and casting
directors are looking for voice actors who know how to read commercial
copy without sounding like they’re selling. Announcers are
a thing of the past. I’ve developed a five-step method of
copy interpretation to teach you these essential skills, even if
you’ve never acted before in your life. This class will give
you the foundation for a natural, believable voice-over style that
will serve you well, no matter what kind of scripts you get.
Week Two: TIMING AND PHRASING: HOW TO
ADD FLAIR TO EVERYTHING YOU VOICE with Moneen Daley Harte. In
voice-over, timing and phrasing is everything. As talent you need
to know how to shave or add seconds to your read and where to pause
for best effect. Just like a great singer, mastery of phrasing and
timing will give a unique flair to your reads and help distinguish
your signature sound. In this class discover professional secrets
for developing a dead-on internal clock. We’ll work on pacing
and flow so you can develop a more memorable, conversational read.
Week Three: HOW TO TAKE DIRECTION: THE
WRY READ: with casting director Mary Lynn Wissner from
Voices Voicecasting in LA. The wry/dry read is one of the most popular
directions producers ask for. Find out what it takes to “get
into” that direction. The tricks, the tried and true methods
and the feedback from LA voice casting director Mary Lynn Wissner
will enable any voice actor to nail that read and to take direction
from producers and casting directors like a pro, even on your very
first job.
Week Four: HOW TO DIRECT YOURSELF:
with Jay Ginsberg. Home recording equipment has never been easier
to use and buy. For just a few hundred dollars you can have everything
you need to record auditions from home. But there’s just one
catch. You’ll need to direct yourself and that can be kind
of tricky. Your instructor, Jay Ginsberg, has been recording successfully
from home for many years for big name clients nationwide. He’s
a talented producer and a master instructor. He’ll tell you
exactly how to give the very best read for auditions you receive
from virtual talent agents and internet casting services. You’ll
practice with actual audition scripts.
Week Five: THE MUSIC IN YOUR VOICE:
with Jay Ginsberg. From light hearted to down and dirty, you’ll
explore your voice characteristics and discover the music in your
voice. Open up your range. Explore voice characteristics through
pitch and texture. This is the gateway to finding and developing
your own marketable set of original characters for cartoon and audio
publishing work.
Week Six: DEMOS AND MARKETING with
Susan Berkley (this class will be 90 minutes long): How
to prepare for your demo tape. Finding scripts that are right for
you. How to pick a great studio and make a tape that will get you
noticed and get you work. A crash course in marketing for voice-over
artists. I’ll share the secrets of how I built a six-figure
income without an agent and give you step-by-step marketing guidance
for your own successful career. You’ll learn about how to
create a low cost home studio. You’ll find out who to send
your tape to, how to follow up, how to negotiate the highest possible
price for your work, how to build repeat business and much more.
You’ll learn about talent agents, casting directors and talent
unions. Everything you need to get to work!
"I
Can Do This!"
"Susan, I'm loving your Wednesday
evening teleclass. Seriously. Granted, I was pretty tentative
when it started, but with your no-nonsense, pull-no-punches
style of telling it like it is and drawing the best out of
each person again and again, week after week, I've come to
realize that I CAN do this! Getting my skill level up to where
it needs to be is going to be a challenge, and breaking into
the market won't be a cakewalk, but I'm convinced that you've
already given me the essential know-how to do it, and do it
well. I know what steps to take next with my voice, and I
know what steps to take next with my career. Thank you, Susan
Berkley. Your class rocks, and so do you."
-Bryan Todd,
Lincoln, NE

much I am enjoying the tele-class. In the three classes we
have had so far, I have learned so much! While I look forward
to the next class, I do not look forward to the last class
- as the experience will have come to an end. Thank you so
much for creating such an innovative and superb class!"

"The
Confidence to Pursue My Voice Acting Dream!"
“As a student of your teleclass, I
just wanted to say a big “thank you!” I’ve worked in radio for
26 years, did occasional voice-over jobs when asked but
nothing really to speak of. I’ve always secretly wanted to
pursue “the dream” of being a voice actor but really lacked
the confidence. That has all pretty much changed. Your classes
(only 3 so far!) have given me not only the knowledge and
technique, but the confidence to pursue my dream. I’m happy to
report that I’ve booked over $2000 worth of business in the
past 2 weeks and was just asked to do a major voice-over
project for a language software company in about month that
will pay another $6000 (this with no agent or union). Wow! I
really couldn’t have asked for more."

I normally charge $300 an hour for private
voiceover coaching. To get all the valuable, career-building information
contained in this course would take 6 hours and cost you at least
1800 bucks!
But because you’ll be learning with a small
group of like-minded, qualified individuals, your investment is
only $995 for the entire 6-week program, including
all course materials. Your only additional expense is the cost of
a one-hour weekly call to the “503” area code at your
regular state-to-state rate. And with so many reasonably priced
unlimited calling plans out there right now, the actual cost of
your weekly call should be nominal or even free if you have one
of those unlimited national calling plans. For optimum voice clarity,
I suggest that you do not use a cell phone for this class. VOIP
services (internet phones) are also not recommended because of the
likelihood of drop outs during the call.
One last thing. Its
important.
My voice-over teleclass is by audition only.
If I don’t think you have a realistic chance
to make it in this business, I refuse to accept your money. Therefore,
I require a voice assessment and audition before I will accept you
into this program.
Here’s how it works.
Request a voice assessment by clicking the button
below. You will receive an immediate automatic email containing
several pieces of copy. Choose the one which you feel best represents
your voice-over interests.
- Read the evaluation copy and record it on the
special phone line following the instructions
- We will call you back within 3 business days
to schedule an appointment to discuss your assessment
Your voice assessment will be conducted during
a live telephone consultation with one
of our in-house advisors at The Great Voice Company. After we
hear it, we will complete a 6-point checklist assessing these skills:
1. Diction/articulation
2. Ability to read smoothly
3. Pacing
4. Voice quality
5. Vocal energy level
6. Voice acting skills
Don’t worry if you are a beginner and have
never done this before. I will definitely take that into account.
If we feel you don’t have what it takes to succeed, we will
gently and tactfully tell you so. But if we think you have potential,
we’ll welcome you on board and do everything we can to help
you succeed.
If you already have a demo, you can request a
demo evaluation in lieu of a voice assessment. Instructions for
submitting your demo for evaluation will be contained in the email
autoresponder you receive after registering for the voice assessment.
The cost of this assessment and phone consultation
is a modest $95. After the consultation you’ll receive a copy
of the assessment. If we accept you into our teleclass training
program after assessing your voice, we will deduct the $95 voice
assessement fee from your teleclass tuition.
Your 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
This voice evaluation is 100% money-back guaranteed.
If, at the end of your conversation with our in-house advisor you
feel the information gained was not worth the modest investment,
simply let us know and we will issue a prompt and hassle free refund
for the $95. |

"A Wealth Of Information!"
"I recently
finished the teleclass and it was a great experience! Susan
brought a wealth of information as well as a very pleasing
and professional demeanor. She offered encouragement and guidance
and helped bring out some 'hidden talents' I did not know
I had or was too 'bashful' to do in public. At first I was
kind of skeptical about being in a voice class with other
people, especially over the phone. But after hearing her work
with the other students and myself, all of us working together,
and getting ideas as the class progressed, heck, I wouldn't
mind taking the class again! I am now planning on attending
a couple of her bootcamps. For a person of Susan's caliber
to offer to help the way she has, well, to me, speaks positive
volumes."
