Refund Policy: Voice-over
Teleclass
Only 12 students are enrolled into each voice-over teleclass
section and a voice assessment is required before your enrollment
will be accepted. Classes fill and there is often a waiting list
for each class. Because of the demand for this program and the
limited availability, we are unable to issue full or partial
refunds once we accept your enrollment into the program. Please
check your schedule carefully before you register for this
program. Should you miss a class due to scheduling difficulties or
illness, each class is recorded for play back on a special phone
line. These recordings are available for 2 weeks from the date of
each class. The Great Voice Company is not responsible if
technical difficulties prevent the recorded playback of a class,
although you will be able to attend a make up class if a recording
is not available.
