Meet Susan Berkley, the Voice Behind The Great Voice Company
Great Voice founder and podcast host Susan Berkley is a top voice-over artist and the signature voice of Citibank. She is the author of several bestselling books, including Speak To Influence®: How to Unlock the Hidden Power of Your Voice, and Voice-Over Secrets Exposed.
Her proven voice over training methods have helped launch thousands of successful voice-over careers, and The Great Voice Company’s demos and programs consistently earn rave five-star reviews. David brower
Voice Over Coach
After a 28-year radio career and 6 ½ years in the corporate world, David found his voice in 2007 when Susan Berkley became his first VO mentor. David has been a full-time voice actor since 2008. With over 500 clients in 85+ countries David is also a 5x Voice Arts Awards Nominee. The VO industry version of the Emmy awards. His career has now come full circle, as a voice over coach for the Great Voice Company. His goal? To help as many students as possible to enjoy their VO career the way he has. David lives in Leesburg, FL with his Australian Shepard, Maddie.

Ann coatney
Voice Over Coach
Ann is member of SAG and AFTRA with more than 25 years of acting experience across theatre, tv and film. Ann found her voice in Boulder, Colorado where she now lives and works as a full-time voiceover artist for clients across the globe. She has worked with The Great Voice Company for nearly 30 years as a voice talent and in just 3 years, Ann has coached hundreds of people through their demo recordings.

Andrew Colón
Voice Over Coach
Andrew Colón is a bilingual voice actor based in Cancún, Mexico, where he’s lived for over 30 years. Born in Washington, DC and raised between there and Miami, he’s worked as a voice talent since 2005 in English, Spanish, and English with a Spanish accent. He’s a Top Rated Pro talent on several online voice-over platforms, teaches the Fiverr Masterclass at The Great Voice Company, and coaches bilingual demo recordings. He also hosts the YouTube channel The Mysteries of Latin America, where he brings legends, history, and mysteries to life through powerful storytelling.

Keith Farrell
Senior Audio Engineer
Keith Farrell is a 12 year veteran of The Great Voice company. As our Senior Audio Engineer, he has produced over 1,000 student demos and contributed to countless other Great Voice recording projects . A NYC native, he currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Tinna. For several years, he wrote, hosted and produced a very popular NFL podcast where he interviewed current and former NFL players, coaches and sports journalists. He is a graduate of the Connecticut school of broadcasting. Fun fact: you can catch Keith in reruns of ‘FAMILY FEUD’ where he competed with his family multiple times (and won!)

Darrin fossella
Online Business Manager
Grammy award winning engineer Darrin Fossella has been a member of Team Great Voice since 2008, first as Audio Production Manager and then in his current role as Online Business Manager and CRM Administrator. Under the name, “Liquid Acrobat”, Darrin has produced albums and performed live electronic music throughout the United States and Europe. He was the first ever DJ to play an entire MP3 set live in Belgium in 1998. While at Sony Music in 2003, he received a Grammy award for his work on Robin Williams live comedy album. Darrin wrote, produced and performed the theme music for The Great Voice Podcast.

Mark Graskemper
Talent Advisor
Mark Graskemper has been a talent advisor at The Great Voice Company for over a decade, helping to launch hundreds of new voice over careers. He also helped bring many corporate clients into our production division, becoming intimately familiar with their voice over needs. This ‘insiders perspective’ makes him uniquely qualified to give new voice talent the insight they need to succeed. Mark and his wife Erin live outside Indianapolis, IN, where he enjoys long-distance biking and competing in frisbee sports.

Donna james
Talent Advisor and Director of Customer Success
Donna James, Talent Advisor and Director of Customer Success – brings decades of front-line customer service and support experience to Team Great Voice. She’s an expert in home studio troubleshooting and loves helping our students and members of the Great Voice community get the most out of our trainings. Donna lives in the Houston, Texas area with her sons, Rob and Steve. She’s a sci-fi buff, and an avid crocheter.

Ann Kreucher
Talent Adviser & Customer Support Specialist
Ann K (Kreucher) is a Talent Advisor and Customer Support Specialist for Team Great Voice. She’s also an emerging voice talent and graduate of our training. A former mental health therapist with an M.S. in Clinical Counseling, Ann is a retired professional ballet and modern dancer, who continues to teach. She is excited to be part of TeamGreat Voice as she grows her own voice over career. Ann and her husband JIm (a professional Master Chef) live in Lake Worth Beach, Fla.

Salena Metreger
Social Media Manager
Salena Metreger, based in southern California, is the editor and producer of The Great Voice Podcast, the social media manager for The Great Voice Company, and marketing assistant to Susan Berkley. She is also a versatile voiceover artist known for bringing scripts to life with professionalism, creativity, and unmatched energy. With an MBA and a background in marketing, business, and creative writing, she approaches every project with audiences in mind.

DeBorah B. Pryor
Voice Over Coach
DeBorah B Pryor comes to us with a wealth of entertainment industry experience. As an actor she has worked in theatre, print, commercial, video, industrial, television and radio, and has a BA in Drama. She has taught at UCLA Extension, and as an entertainment journalist she has written features for a number of entertainment publications based on her coverage of Awards shows such as The Grammys. She has interviewed a variety of legendary performers including John Lennon, Patti Labelle and Denzel Washington to name a few.

Ron Puckett
Audio Engineer
Audio engineer Ron Puckett has taught home studio recording to over a thousand students in our Home Studio Masterclass, helping them become Home Studio Certified. He is also the instructor in our Home Studio University, teaching monthly workshops in advanced home recording techniques. A native of Orange County California, Ron has degrees in Architecture and Construction Management and worked for many years in Information Technology. As an Architect, he was privileged to design three projects in the original Disneyland Park in Anaheim California. Ron worked in the film industry as an on-set audio engineer and has done voice-over work for films and television.

Joe smith
Audio Team & Customer Support Specialist
Joe Smith was a private investigator, police officer, and pastor before joining Team Great Voice in 2022. A native of Austin, TX, you’ll hear his deep, resonant voice and charming Texas accent when you call the Support Desk or work closely with Joe to become Home Studio Certified. Joe enjoys hiking, hunting, history and travel with his wife Tracey and their family. He is a four-time Mitch Rapp Ambassador (for the Vince Flynn series of thrillers,) an aviation enthusiast, a podcaster and the biggest Texas high school sports and Texas Longhorns fan on our platform. Ask him about Texas or Alaska at your own peril!

J. Mark trout
Talent Advisor and Customer Support Specialist
J. Mark Trout is a Talent Advisor and Customer Support Specialist for Team Great Voice. A former radio announcer, he has voiced numerous commercials for local and regional radio stations. Based in Arkansas, J. Mark enjoys play-by-play announcing for local sporting events. He is the author of “A Dad’s Journey” (available on Amazon) and the proud father of Hannah and Sam, two adult children who are miraculously just a few years younger than he!
