It’s the same as repeat business and it can add up to big bucks when a voice over customer keeps coming back for more.

When I was starting out, I lost touch with some great customers because of shyness and a lack of confidence and I still regret it to this day.

I’ve identified three ways to keep your customers for life. You might already be doing one, or maybe even two. But I doubt you’re doing all three.

  2. Excellent advice! In fact, I have read statistics that periodic follow ups (card in the mail, newsletter, call to check in) can increase someone’s overall sales ten fold – if they stick with the process over time.
